Return and Exchange Policy for Drippzi

At Drippzi, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns: You can return the item within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, color, or design. The exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at customercare@drippzi.com with the following information:

Order number

Reason for return or exchange

Photos (if applicable, for damaged or defective items)

 

2. Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.

 

3. Condition of Items

Items must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Products must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

 

4. Shipping Charges

Returns: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges: Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Drippzi for the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges will incur shipping charges.

 

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return is processed.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim.
